She is super cautious, so most people start here, even senshi. She honors her duty above all else and would take the life of even the lunar princess if it meant protecting the fourth dimension. All this being said, it's probably best not to mess with her..
Friend
Her basic trust is not impossible to earn - while she is friendly to everyone, don't mistake it for genuine friendship. When she does become your friend you will know; she will begin initiating the interactions. Until that point, keep trying! she isn't made of ice. It helps if you are young, as she has a soft-spot for children.
Fidelity
The nature of her life being what it is, she tends not to form romances but close bonds and duty-bound relationships. For her duty and those who work their way into her stony heart, she would defy time and sacrifice her soul.
NOTE: I kind of wanted to take a mysterious angle with her, perhaps she is known as a senshi to only Luna. The others ponder Sailor Pluto's identity but also know Melaena separately. I think her personality would suit her keeping a certain detachment from the group, watching them from afar and assisting only when the situation is dire. Eventually, her identity would be revealed, but I see it happening far into the future, plot-wise. Perhaps after all the others are awakened and revealed to each other.
